The visit begins with a stroll around the picturesque village, stopping off at one of its former oil mills, fully restored and living on between the winding streets like a well-kept secret. There you can find out how the oil-making process worked in times gone by.
Second stop is the Starlight viewpoint, which offers magical, fascinating views of the landscape of olive trees that surrounds the village.
Next you'll visit the Cooperative mill, where history meets modernity, to see how the process of making olive oil has developed. The tour ends with a tasting of Montsacer extra virgin olive oil, a liquid masterpiece that expresses the soul of this area.
