Elena, Mercè and Marina are 3 sisters who have come back to their village of Bellmunt del Priorat to start making cheese.

In 2020 they exchanged city life for the countryside, setting up the shop, workroom and maturing room where they make and sell their cheeses.

One of their primary aims is to close the circle by making the cheese from their own milk, though for the moment they are unable to completely supply themselves with the flock of 30 goats they have.
