A group of Wine Tourism Tour Operators visit the Priorat

Last 25th January, a group of 16 tour operators from various countries visited the region during the 1st Wine Tourism Conference organised by Wine Pleasures in Sitges. The tour operators were specialised in wine tourism and were interested in offering new wine packages for their customers. They came from the United States, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Brazil and Finland. The Familiarisation Trip (Fam-trip) was part of the workshop or sales day which was part of the conference and took place the day after the visit . The group spent a morning in the Priorat and visited the winery of Mas Perinet, the Monastery of Scala Dei and the Hostal Sport for lunch. The visit was supported by the Costa Daurada Tourist Board.
