Visit the first Catalan cooperative to make organic olive oil and immerse yourself in the world of extra virgin olive oil. Discover the landscape of the Valley of Silence on a visit to one of the centenarian Grenache vineyards and discover the history of the Ulldemolins cooperative's wine project. Taste 3 "Wines of Silence" and try La Llena integrated, organic olive oil with some bread together with a selection of local produce, in the Aniceto vineyard.

We are one of the cooperatives of the PDO Siurana, we have been producing and marketing extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety since 1954.

Our integrated and organic production oils with their fruitiness characteristic of the mountains transmit the essence of the territory of the “Vall del Silenci” (Valley of Silence), one of the coolest areas of the Priorat. The thorough process of harvesting, processing and cold extracting the olives allows us to obtain a natural olive juice that is a pleasure for the palate.
