First we'll plunge into the fascinating world of oil with a guided tasting where you'll learn how to taste olive oil, what its qualities are, the types of oil to be found on the market and lots more. Next, we'll present an authentic vermouth packed with aromas from the region, for you to taste.
And finally we'll put it into practice!
