Clos Maria
Information
Clos Maria is a 230 hectare wine estate in the D.O. Montsant, located a 90 minute drive southeast from Barcelona. The estate is nestled into the beautiful Maria Valley which is a protected nature preserve. We are situated in the wild and breathtaking Priorat Comarca (county) in the Province of Catalonia, Spain.
The estate consists of 10 hectares of vineyards of white and red grape varietals planted in the local licorella terroir.
Our onsite boutique winery produces approximately 25.000 bottles per vintage. Clos Maria is home to the historic Perinet family masia and offers over 10 km of walking and biking trails. The partners of Clos Maria intend to update the masia to become a private estate club house that can accommodate member events and wine related experiences.
