

Originally from Beseit, their father had worked as a shepherd for 14 years before coming to the Priorat in search of pastures new. After arriving in Escaladei and La Morera, father and son grazed their flock on the Montsant massif. Eliseu talks proudly about this, as proud as he is to be able to offer customers meat of a local breed, caring for the environment and ensuring quality through direct sales.
