‘Brots’ is Catalan for ‘shoot’ or ‘sprig’. The name honours the personal history and experience of all those who contribute to its success. It is a salute to all those who try to fight their way through  a devastating economic crisis. The vineyards that surround us demonstrate each year that all good things relive in spring, even after a winter or drought that seem to last forever.
